                The package photograph of a general-purpose package is newly available in the lineup of Toshiba’s small, surface mount LDO regulator which enables long operation and operational stability of IoT equipment : TCR3UF series.

                芝电子元件及存储装置株式会社(“东芝”)开发了74种类型,最大输出电流∮为300mA的SMV小型贴片式封装实力LDO稳压器“TCR3UF系列”,该系列产品极大地扩展了东芝◢原有的产品阵容。

                全新的“TCR3UF系列”可用于物联网设备、可穿戴我真不明白设备、移动设备等的电源管理。它具有消耗电流低的特性,实现了→业内领先的高纹波抑制比与高速负载▓瞬态响应的平衡[1]。它们还内置有过热保护、过流保护、浪涌电流限制等各种保护功能。
                除了早前发布的紧凑型和薄型WCSP4F封装“TCR3UG系列”和小型通用DFN4封装“TCR3UM系列”产品以外,此次还发布了▲全新的引脚型和通用型SMV封装“TCR3UF系列”。
                TCR3UF系列适用于长时◣间工作的电池供电设备↑和易受噪声等电压波动影响的传感器电源。该系我是我列产品按0.8V至5.0V的电压输出范围,产品类型☆多达37种,同时如按具不具有自动天才放电功能来划分,产品总类型共达74种。可满足客户根据预期应用进行产品选择。
